I chose a vibrant palette and tried to match the bright, warm feeling of this field on Hwy. 99W near Albany, Ore. Even though it looks summery, that
day it alternated between sun and rain about every 15 minutes so the clouds were constantly changing and the lighting moods were infinite. I have several more photos to paint from the same shooting period that will produce a wide range of cloud patterns.
